Engineering Training

“Aviation engineering is not forgiving errors”

Demand for qualified maintenance personnel is high with Boeing and Airbus predicting that over the next 20 years, 610,000 new maintenance personnel will be needed to maintain the global commercial aviation fleet.

New technologies are evolving in Aviation and need new skill sets. The new generation of maintenance personnel must be trained with new technologies in mind.

We are following a competency-based approach for aircraft maintenance personnel applicable in line, base, and workshop maintenance.

It takes 2 years of theoretical studies and workshops (Maintenance Training Organization Part 147)and 2 more years of practical experience in a real maintenance environment(Part 145 maintenance organization), to be eligible for the Aircraft Maintenance License (AML).

Having obtained the AML, you will undertake continuation training and gain additional experience in specific aircraft types before you can release an aircraft into service.

Entry requirements:

  • Proficient  in the English language (verbal and written)
  • Must be 18 years of age at the start of the program
